I’m a huge fan of Kodak products. I think I’ve said this on my blog numerous times. My entire life I purchased Kodak cameras and I loved each and every one of them. I trust Kodak and for a stay at home mom on a budget, it is important for me to trust the company I put my money into. When Kodak asked me if I’d be willing to take their new ESP 7250 All-In-One Printer for a spin I responding with a YES! Then I closed the window and emailed them back just in case my yes didn’t make it across the country! The Kodak ESP 7250 All-In-One Printer has a lot of features. It can print both documents and pictures, it scans items and it makes copies.

I don’t have good luck with printers. Seriously, they never work right for me. But this printer, like all my Kodak products, worked like a dream. It took only moments to set up to the Internet and then I was wireless! Here I am in the living room with my lap top, printing pages in the bedroom. I love it! And the quality of this printer is great. When I print actual pictures  to bring my Grandmothers who are both computer-less, the 7250 prints Kodak lab quality 4×6 pictures in less than 30 seconds. Also, if you have a smart phone you can send pictures from your phone to the printer. I never tried this but I am going to. It seems like a really neat feature. Finally another really neat feature is that this printer can print documents on both sides of a piece of paper. That is forward thinking Eco friendly technology!

The scanner is an integral tool for both myself and my husband. I like that I can scan an item onto a memory card. That way I could bring it to any computer, not just my own. It’s like being able to hand the document off to my husband to bring to work, but instead of a whole stack of stuff, he only has a memory card. This is important because sometimes his work email won’t accept attachments from me and then we are in a jam.

Having a copier is always a great convenience. I was able to make copies of Jason’s birth certificate for Kindergarten registration at the last minute without having to run to the library which isn’t close. Grocery stores don’t always have copy machines nowadays people, convenience is so important to me. I find myself needing copies far too often and if the Kodak ESP 7250 keeps me from getting two kids out of the car then it’s worth the $199.99 price tag.

Finally my one complaint is the printer cartridges. This is a really big deal for Kodak right now. They have printer cartridges that are very inexpensive. I appreciate the low price but found I had to replace them a bit more often that I had with other printers in the past. I don’t print a ton of stuff either. Kodak should probably look into this and improve on future cartridge models. They claim you can print more in comparison from their previous model which is great, but in comparison to other brands would be even better.

All in all I love my Kodak ESP 7250 All-In-One Printer. The pros far outweigh the one con. I have always found Kodak products to be user friendly. And by user I mean people like me who aren’t tech savvy in any way. This printer did not disappoint in that arena. Convenience is key and the 7250 provided that for me with a high quality image to boot.
